Can I reuse my Drinkcap again?
Absolutely. The DrinkCap is designed for multiple uses and can be cleaned in a washing machine if necessary.
Do i need a straw?
When using your DrinkCap, you will need a straw.
Will my Drinkcap fit on all glasses?
The Drinkcap is compatible with most cups and glasses, though it may not fit very small or differently shaped glasses like champagne glasses.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within Australia only.
What if my DrinkCap gets wet?
Your Drinkcap is made out of a combination of spandex and nylon very similar to swimwear material. It dries super fast!
Can't someone just take off the drink cover?
The Drinkcap offers excellent short-term protection for your drink. It serves as a deterrent, reducing the risk of pills or powders being added to your drink.
What is your return policy?
DrinkCap offers full refunds for unopened products returned within 7 days of delivery. Items with manufacturing defects will be replaced.
